Rebuild the Westbrooke Neighborhood Playground

Please rebuild the playground, it's so important for the families in our community!

How did this happen without any communication? Either a special mailing to homeowners or a simple note in the newsletter?

Playground set was a big part of the sub, part of our childrens lives and now our grandchildren. It needed some repair, but saw nothing that couldnt be removed, cut out and rewelded. It was a great benefit for families with pre-schoolers, giving them a reason to get out of the house during the day for excercise and a change of scenery. It will really be missed.

Fix and repair. Attract the younger families in order to keep our neighborhood alive!! So many memories with my kids there and not my little granddaughter. Please keep it.

Playground is important to the community

To shut down a playground when the world is becoming brink and sad. Is taking the joy away from kids. And the fact that this is even a discussion shows that none of you have hurts and you’re just as evil as the rest of world. Shame on all of you

I live across the street from the playground and see the playground used by families very often to play and socialize. Please bring back the playground.

We just moved here in November. We are within walking distance of the park. It was a big reason we decided to buy the house. It’s incredibly unfortunate that this park is not going to continue to be maintained.

Rebuild it! Great for the neighborhood!

This park is essential for the younger kids to have a place to play and socialize! This is a huge draw for families looking to buy and would be such a large loss for families already enjoying it.

My family lives on Cedar Bluff dr. We use the playground and losing it would do a disservice to the kids and hurt property values.

Investing in a playground is an investment in the future of this community.

Having a park within the neighborhood was a big selling point for us, and our kids love it. Please fix it vs. throwing it away.

We live right in front of the common ground. The tennis courts are rarely used for tennis. The pickle ball thing was a fad. Stop spending money on things that aren't worth the money. The kids use the playground almost daily. Who makes decisions without actually knowing how the property is used?!

We see families, enjoying the playground frequently. I am very disappointed because we have grandchildren that love to go and play on the equipment. With the size of the subdivision how much more would it be to fix and maintain the playground? There are many new families moving in to this subdivision, and that playground will get a lot of use in the future.
