Rebuild the pub. It's a disgrace what has happened and needs to be rectified. It is affecting people, their homes and their businesses. Please act!

The Greyhound should be an asset to the area and as such it is a disgrace that Lewisham have allowed the current situation. It must be rebuilt and the area revitalised

This has gone on too long: Purelake need to see through their commitment to Sydenham

Partly demolished (illegaly), roof taken off exposing the interior to the elements, a fire. This building certainly has been 'unlucky'. Anyone with a suspicious mind might think successive developers want it to fall down so they can build more profitable rabbit hutches on the site.

Why is it taking so long? It's an eyesore where it should be the gateway to Sydenham, Lewisham council should not have allowed the building of the horrid flats until the pub was dealt with, why was it allowed? Is it because an MP who we pay for! Is a relative?

I'd be more than happy with a Wetherspoons but any kind of pub with real ales and food would do.

I think it's well past the time Right Honourable Jim Dowd MP to have a word with his brother to fix this mess he created

Purelake have committed cynical corporate vandalism in Sydenham - lets show them they can't do this .

Purelake must be held to account for their criminal behaviour

How is it possible that a property developer, guilty of a criminal offence, get away with impacting an entire community. Real awareness of their actions may lead them to losing out on future project and hit their profits which is the only thing they clearly care about.
