Just curious what will happen to the softball complex if/when the WC purchases the land for FHS. Current plans seem to a suggest a demolition of all fields save for Field A (for which no specific renovations are mentioned), which in fact displaces the current rec league that has for decades been a proud supporter of and feeder to FHS Athletics. A good enough answer to that question will gain my support as well as that of GSAF. My kids attend FHS as well and I'd love to see improvements made—just not at the expense of kicking out an entire community.

FHS should have the same athletic standards as other HS in our county which is not the case. We are requesting basic needs that should have been addressed a long time ago.

My family specifically moved to Williamson County for the Grassland schools and Franklin High School. We made a significant sacrifice and commitment in doing so, and I would expect Williamson County would do its part to continue to keep the schools at the top of their game (academically and athletically) for all constituents. We expect to stay in the area for many, many years to come and hope the schools will continue to excel throughout our time here.

I would like for my son to want to go to FHS rather than a private school with newer, nicer facilities. Our son is an athlete and will benefit from any changes or upgrades made to the school.
