Nap time instead of Reading Rebs
honestly , it is proven that children and teens of all ages minds aren't fully awake until 10:30 am. If you stay up later, then that time is even later. Our schools believe that reading will help get our minds working, but nothing stimulates the brain more than sleep. Having 20 minutes a day to nap would not only benefit our minds, but also in turn, benefit our overall grade point averages.
