There is absolutely no need for a store & gas station in this corner. There are 6 subdivisions and 3 schools within 6 blocks. There is heavy foot traffic with kids and heavy vehicle traffic with homeowners. There are 4 gas stations and 3 grocery stores within a couple minutes. If this goes forward its for one reason only CASH!

This would cause horrible traffic. Every inch if free space in O'Fallon and St. Peter's does not need to be filled.

I live @1/2 mile from this intersection . This intersection is busy most of the time that I use Mexico to go to O'Fallon . Don't want more traffic and don't see the need for a fuel depot , when there are several stations less than a mile from this location , on Mexico .

Walmart is a terrible neighbor! Please do not let this happen!!!! The traffic this will bring to this small intersection will be unsafe for the children walking to and from school directly across the street!

My niece and nephew attend progress elementary and i drive knaust through that intersection every day. The rezoning is unnecessary and poses a higher risk for all the children in the area.

There are numerous accidents each week at that intersection. Adding more cars will put the drivers and pedestrians at a greater risks. Too close to the school.

For once it would be nice for the City of O'Fallon to think about how their decisions affect the residents. So selfish. We don't need a Walmart!

Who would ever plan something so ridiculous when hundreds if not thousands of students go through that intersection daily whether they are riding buses, driving,or walking. This is a horrible idea.
