We do not need yet one more Walmart grocery store. It's too much when they are 1.5 miles from each other. I feel the same about Walgreens and CVS

The intersection is dangerous already, please focus on the the students in the area first.

This would be too dangerous for high schoolers! It would also be an eye sore!

This is not a good with schools so close to this area. It is already a very busy intersection.

My kid is just at driving age... I believe this would be more hazardous then it already is at that intersection. It is zoned properly. Please don't cave in to pressure, small businesses will be affected.

I am NOT in favor of any retailer added to the mix of an already dangerous intersection our high school children have to navigate.

We already have a 24 hour Walmart and plenty of gas stations close to there. We don't need to invite traffic and trouble near the school.

I've lived in Chadwyck for sixteen years fully aware that this field would some day be developed. It is zoned commercial and that is how it should stay. Governing needs to go back to being about the people that live in the community. DO NOT PASS THIS PROPOSAL.

Ridiculous idea in the first place. This is an unnecessary development proposal where there already exists the same services at multiple locations within one and two miles. The development will cause many issues to the surrounding residential and educational community as well as potentially fail leaving behind empty buildings and all the issues that occur when that is the result.

Traffic at Mexico and Knaust is already overloaded. This will make it far to dangerous when school is in session.

No need for this especially at this location. There is another Wal-Mart a minute up the street.
