Our area is overwhelmed with grocery store & gas station options. This intersection is too busy of a location with the school across the street to warrant any HIGH TRAFFIC businesses. Especially a gas station where people are whipping in & out.

This corner is busy enough! There are plenty of the same types of stores in the area. We don't need this...find another location.

We do NOT need another grocery store and fuel station at this location! There are already multiple grocery stores and gas stations within a 1.5 miles radius. Also the increase in traffic to an already bust intersection is a huge safety concern. Especially since Zumwalt South HS is across from the location and there are many new drivers driving through here daily. If O' Fallon city officials really wants to help their citizens they would put a grocery store up north of 70. The citizens in north O' Fallon don't have any grocery stores.

Putting a business that will cause more traffic in an already busy intersection is dangerous. Many young drivers coming and going from South high and a middle and elementary school less than a mile from the location!

Terrible idea. Already bad traffic, high school across the street so lots of kids driving and walking there. There's a Wal Mart a mile down the road. I hope our opinions count. I've lost faith in government doing the right thing

Traffic is already terrible at this intersection. It will only be made worse by stores. There is no need to build a store and cover up every inch of nature left in the area. It would also negatively impact the residential area directly adjacent to it

As a runner who runs or bikes thru this area on a daily basis, I can attest to the numerous other runners and walkers who's safety would be directly impacted by this change. Would prefer to see this area zoned for a doctors office or small local shoes.

We don't need another grocery store or gas station in this area. Adding this will only put our children who have to walk to school at increased danger due to the increase in traffic and congestion.

This area is already congested and the safety of our high school students will be an issue if this is built.
