I live at 204 E3 Double Eagle Drive and this type of rezoning and development is inconsistent with the current community. Further, our roads cannot sustain the projected volume.

1916 Raccoon Ln. Putting that many people into one small area will cause too much traffic. It will turn our safe neighborhood into a dangerous one for our children and the children who move into the apartments. It would make Gibson Ave. and other entrances accessible to local through traffic. We cannot allow this to happen.
