I had a dream that evolved into a ONE global humanitarian vision. What a long, arduous, challenging yet exciting and transformative unpaved path it has truly been for some small ordinary somewhat voiceless unrepresented entity who was once seemingly had surreal idealistic boyhood daydream unfolding into a phenomenal utopic global humanitarian reality for all towards a solid common goal towards genuine worldwide brotherhood in a true free world and its pursuit of happiness and quest for justice for all mankind.
On to the fiery, trailblazed express path towards the naturally, transformed American Platinum Royals!

Friendly fraud must come to an end! It should plainly be illegal for people to lie causing small companies to go bankrupt.

It's time to change the system and make the credit card companies accountable for their cardholders' abuse of the system.
Thank you.

By not forcing compliance rules, you are only allowing banks to become accomplices in consumers committing outright FRAUD!

For years legitimate businesses have been getting screwed by a few unscrupulous consumers who file illegitimate claims for a chargeback. Merchants need a little more protection.

The chargeback process is a joke, card holders can contest any transaction and the merchant doesn't have a chance even when they can prove card holder participation.

With e-delivery becoming more prevalent in my industry and yet the Credit Card companies using it as an excuse for friendly fraud, I feel like I'm fighting an uphill battle. Glad to know I'm not alone.

31 years providing merchant accounts and the way a chargeback have been handled by the banks is criminal. Cardholders and Merchants should both be protected.

I am a provider of merchant accounts for online merchants. I have been in the Merchant Industry for 25 years. It saddens me to see how most merchants have become a "victim" in this current process.

In addition to tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue annually, we continue to respond to each and every charge back. We spend a lot time researching the issues and submitting proper documentation, but the banks don't care.

Unfair Chargebacks are very costly and yes, fraudulent. The small business has no recourse and it is unfair. It is unbelievable that this is still allowed.

There is no such thing as Friendly Fraud. It is plainly FRAUD and they should be prosecuted like every other criminal. The Credit Card company's protect them, so continues to get worse!

The game is rigged and needs to be fixed. If credit cards want to offer no client liability they should pay for it not our small firm.

I knew about the issue but didn't realize the amounts involved.
