Many frivolous chargebacks and if allowed to be continued are obvious violation of Federal Regulations E and Z! Card issuing banks are not allowed to encourage and condone “friendly fraud". Your cardholder received our merchandise in a timely manner, used it and is now trying to do a chargeback basically committing felony theft on us the merchant. If this chargeback is not dismissed by you it will be immediately reported mentioning your bank to the proper authorities including The Federal Reserve and Attorney General in your state. Please find relevant links below to this matter. TSYS chargeback guidelines http://www.tsys.com/Downloads/upload/TSYS-WP-DisputeChargeback.pdf Report banks for frivolous chargebacks which is a violation of Federal Regulation E and Z http://www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov/ More complaint info at http://www.federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov/about/ConsumerHelponline.pdf

The credit card companies need to be held accountable. This practice is double dipping, besides all the fees charged to take payments, they charge for chargebacks that aren't even properly vetted. The scamming of businesses must stop.

V/MC helps customers blatantly steal from merchants. Chargeback rules have stacked deck against merchants, often making it nearly impossible for them to win.

It truly is unfair. I've had someone come in, get their semi tractor repaired for thousands, leave and chargeback or stop payment. It is getting ridiculous. If our services are rendered we should get paid for what we do. If someone isn't happy with the service they received then they should have to take the provider to court and prove they received faulty services, etc.

Web based sales are the way of the future and charge-backs negate the trust of all online market places. In a non-credit card environment, no sale is safe from friendly fraud / charge-backs!

There needs to be a solution. The credit card companies are holding the merchants hostage by not solving the credit card chargeback issue

I am disgusted by how often such a BS titled friendly fraud ruins small businesses in America. BANKS THAT STAND BEHIND OBVIOUS FRAUDS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND BANKRUPTED!!!!!

An online purchase is an agreement, it is a contract! A bank that stands behind lying sacks of crap customers should be brought up on fraud for their actions.

Too many people know they can get away with lying through their teeth to the bank to get a charge reversed with no questions asked. Keeping their money AND the merchandise. It's no different then walking into a retail store and pocketing something except that the merchant gets fined for their stealing instead of the theif. It's beyond unfair and these cc companies and banks are so consumed with themeselves and their profits that they are not only letting it happen but giving these criminals the means and helping them do it. It has to stop.

Truly pathetic when a merchant is on hold with the issuing bank and while on hold a message states, When you have our card you're not responsible for fraudulent charges on your card. That bank is BofA.
