Please reopen the pools in Uitenhage. The opportunities created for communal interaction, health and wellness, lifesaving swim lessons and local participation far outweighs any excuses the municipality may have to keep any of the pools closed. You cannot keep building new and neglect the present structures. Why are ALL citizens in the whole metro being ignored? Oh and please explain as to why the metro suddenly has money for a pool, but water leaks are being ignored?
