This is so unfare, towards the coloured community not only in Uitenhage but in Schauderville Port Elizabeth. So much of the Metros budget goes towards unneccary projects. These communities are poor and caanot afford to have a swimming pool nor afford to go to expensive beachfront swimming pools. Please do this for the children, we do not ask you to move a mountain just to build or restore the swimming poo please.

Today it hit home when I saw a group of 8 boys swimming in a stream accross Willow Dam...and all I could think is "This is not right!"...and though I can drive to McArthur Pools...I live in UTH...I don't have a pool at home...I would love to take my nephew and nieces to our "Bads" and have a picnic...

Rosedale swimmingpool use to be where hundreds of kids and adults congregate for leisure in Uitenhage with its limited/ no recreational facilities. Die 'bads' needs to be fixed and re-opened.
