In all the talk of liability, I have to keep asking, who is liable for those who die or have their lives severely compromised by life on the streets.

Especially now that the weather is about to start getting colder, we need to provide what we can to help keep as many people out of the cold as we can.

I am conflicted about opening a center that requires paid staffing and services like showers. There are many factors to consider besides just opening a space. Who will supervise these people if there is a disturbance?

how many deaths will it take to come up with solutions? the more we provide a safer and warmer space, the better we can save more lives.. meanwhile, at least keep thw Tully lib and center open for them.

Thank you David for your continuing help fir these unfortunate people. We need to help lift them up and get them back on their feet. Not sweep them under a rug.
