This well supported club was at the heart of the community and it is vital it re-opens

A resource highly valued by the community. It enabled us to be regularly active, together as a family, which is rare. That opportunity has now gone.

Rishworth sports club is a brilliant community link and brings a lot of the village together in a setting that promotes a healthy lifestyle. It also promotes both Rishworth and Heathfield school. It would be a shame to withdraw such an asset to the village community.

A real shame it closed as myself and my son enjoyed our weekend swimming. Was only a member for 3 months before it closed and as of yet not had a refund on the annual subscription I paid or any further communications which is disappointing.

My dad ran the club voluntarily for many years before it was taken on by the school. It's a real shame for the community to lose this facility.

My dad is elderly and has used this pool for many, many years now........please don't close it!!!!

As parent of two former school pupils and a pool user for over 15 years I've been proud of Rishworth School's positive participation in the community on many fronts. Something surely has gone terribly wrong here in both the decision and manner of execution, neither of which seem compatible with the ethos of the School. I truly hope the School can reconsider their position.
