please keep looking ....we spend so much on everything else in this province ,as tax payers I say don't stop till you do find him . FIND THE FUNDS....the pup made it for a reason ...don't let it be in vain . His partner deserves the help. We need to help!!
More money is spent debating things.....it's easy... just do it!
