Where is the logic in allowing motels and hotels with large capacities to operate, yet short term rentals typically occupied with one family at a time separate from other share areas must remain closed? This is not only ridiculous it’s violating those owners rights. Open back everything. If people don’t want to take the risk they are still free to stay home.

I own a timeshare just as I own my house. I should be allowed to go to my timeshare home to stay just as I go to my home.

I’ve been coming to keys and owned a week for 39 yrs. my kids grew up lobstering and fishing. We take our family vacation to keys once a yr. I own a deed and pay taxes in the keys. Open keys to owners. We want and do what is right when in keys

New Smyrna beach is family oriented wth older condo resorts. A two bedroom two bath with a full kitchen rents very cheaply for hard-working American families. They can’t find a hotel with a kitchen for a family of 406. They deserve better. I have three condos here and my rates are very reasonable and my families come back every year and know me personally. The children grow up with me and recognize me. My kitchen is well-stocked in my front closet’s got toys and boogie boards and beach chairs umbrella For the perfect family vacation. Please allow them to small pleasure.
