Perfect honor for a great man.
A thought... The Ferndale football stadium is currently called Hanson Field. In order not to slight the Hanson family, maybe the new name could be "Hanson Stadium - the home of Bassier Field."

Coach bassier has been a great coach and when I came to Ferndale he has been a great person by going out his way to help me with school work and motivated me when I was down and I wanna say thank you coach bassier
