Friends and Colleagues, It is my absolute pleasure to announce that I will be running for reelection. As 1L president, I have presided and over multiple events to build up our law community and camaraderie amongst our classmates, as well working with the community at large to better present ourselves to the people of Detroit. As 2L president, I will continue this mission of building a strong community by helping our board put more events out in the coming academic year, including events to better help the mental and emotional well being of our classmates. Furthermore, I will continue being the same shoulder to lean on in times of uncertainty and anxiety . It would truly be my honor to represent you all again as President of the 2027 Class at UDM Law. Vote for Jacob Achterhoff for 2L Class President.
