The Tournament Director of a major JOINT tournament, who ignores the value of half of the product at the tournament he runs, and believes that the women of the WTA are merely riding on the coattails of the men of the ATP, needs to be fired from his position, immediately.

Aside from his unacceptably offensive suggestion that WTA players "go down on their knees and give thanks" to men for "carrying" the sport, Moore has a business obligation to promote all of the matches in his tournament, not just half of them.
His comments, thoughts on women are a disgrace & he should not be involved in, let alone run a tournament where women are involved. His thinking comes from the dark ages. We have been fighting inequality for a century, what has it been for when morons like him spout their real feelings.
Raymond Moore should be asked to resign. As someone who purchases corporate sponsorships, I would never support this tournament given the CEO and tournament director feels this way about the 'lady player'(s) on the tour.
As a long time visitor to Indian Wells, I'm appalled at Moore's offensive comments. He needs to be terminated immediately or I will join the tournament boycott.
MY husband and I spent a substantial amount of money to attend the BNP Paribas Open this year and may reconsider future visits if Raymond Moore remains CEO.
Pls fire that old dude.

The remarks made by Raymond Moore in advance of the Women's Final on March 20, 2016 were grossly disparaging towards the Women's Tennis Association (WTA). Rating prospective female players by their "attractiveness" reeks of sexism. Insinuating that the WTA have been "riding the coattails of the ATP" is not only historically inaccurate but also a disservice to current WTA legends like the Williams sisters.
