Rasmussen College to keep physical books as a part of all courses

I like my physical books because I want to pick them up whenever I want and review or read them. With ebooks, I don't feel that I actually own the materials I bought. Hands down, I like physical books

I prefer hard copy books over ebooks. As an online student, my eyes tire from looking at a computer screen for hours on end. It is nice to be able to give my eyes a break and read from an actual book. Additionally, if we are paying for these books, we should have the choice to hang on to them for future reference if we so desire.

I prefer hard copy books. Ebooks makes it harder for me to focus and I do not like alternating back and forth inbetween tabs. I end up printing everything off the computer anyway which is another expense out of my pocket (paper and cartridges).

I like the hard copy books way more than the ebooks.

its our decision if we want an ebook or not you cannot decide that for us its not coming out of your pockets

I like having the actual book to do my reading and homework from. It makes it easier on my eys. Once the class is over I can always go back for reference if needed.

Please let us keep our physical books. I do not like e-books. It proves to be too much screen time and hard on the eyes. I believe we should have the choice. Thank you.

I like having the actual book in my posession. With the book I am able to bring it with me to study at work or if I'm away from home I like bringing my books with me. I also like having the ablility to use my book after that class is over.

No more ebooks. We want physical books.

Please keep regular books

Physical books are definitely a lot easier to read from and mark important parts! Ebooks are horrible to follow and just a pain!

I do not think the college should be able to make decisions on our behalf. We as students are paying for the books and they should be something we should be able to keep and look back on whe needed. It is not fair that the ebooks get taken back from us when we are done with them and still pay like we have a physical book. To top it off we only have partial access to the eservices. A physical book is also easier to read and easier to take with us. I say no matter the reasons as paying adults we should have a say in all matters that affect us especially when it changes the whole learning experience.

I like being able to have a choice as to whether or not we have hard books or e-books. For some of my classes, I prefer the ebooks and for others I prefer the hard cover books. I use my core nursing books as references quite a bit.

I look at a computer all day at work and I don't want to look at another computer while working on my classwork..

I HATE E BOOKS AND DO HORRIBLE WITH THEM AND I PEFER THE ACTUALLY BOOK AS I WORK FULL TIME AND A MOTHER FULL TIME AND JUST EASIER FOR ME I DONT BELIEVE THAT THE SCHOOL SHOULD MAKE THE DESICISON AS WE ARE THE ONES PAYING FOR SCHOOL AND SHOULD HAVE THE CHOICE

Everyone learns differently and everyone should be given the option of what method will make them grasp the material and be a better learner.

We should be able to choose the type of book that we get. Everyone has different learning styles....

I prefer to have a physical textbook and still want the option to have that over an ebook.
