Rapscallion is a wonderful gathering place that employs many people. Parking on their own property should be allowed and I support their request. Please allow a variance.

Rapscallion is and has been a real asset to family dining in Acton and should be supported by the Town of Acton in solving their parking space issue. Peter Daniel has given back to our community by providing a popular dining experience along with volunteering to lead and grow the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce.

I was born and raised in Acton - it is a disgrace that a family business is being strangulated over this outdated issue. This town can do better for a successful local business that is committed to community and contributes positively.

Acton needs to aggressively support its small businesses. They provide employment opportunities, generates tax revenue, it provides a unique restaurant and meeting place venue, and especially, their food and beverage selections are excellent. I support this business.

Please help keep Rapscallion in Acton! It's time to update these outdated regulations.. It's hard enough to keep small businesses in this town- we really need to work to help these wonderful locally owned small businesses rather than drive them out...

Sounds very reasonable. Acton needs to keep the good restaurants it has. I rememver they gave Panera a very difficult tune about opening in Acton. A good luncheon place and bakery that Acton could gave used. There is a lot of empty business real estate in Acton. Why???

Acton government should be focused on reducing property taxes

This is a great business with multiple locations in central mass. Let them operate there business. Or you will lose them and the be upset when their taxes are gone

This request is reasonable. The policy is dated and needs updating. Please work with this small business to help them remain IN business. This can be a great example of a town government that is cooperative and responsive and helpful.

This is not an appropriate use of the town government’s time or resources. Please explain the barriers to residents that this parking situation creates. This is a family owned business that has shown nothing but dedication to our community. As elected officials, you bear a responsibility to create acceptable pathways for local businesses. This is an illogical fine for a business that served the community throughout a pandemic and continues to do so. We deeply appreciate the further explanation of this situation.
