Great Road is so unsafe and Rapscallion has been there for so many years; please help this restaurant out, along with patrons. So sad to hear of the tragic death of a local father.

I like this restaurant and want their customers to have a safe way to get there when it's busy.

I am beyond devastated at the death of a husband, father, and friend last week due to this problem. Variances are available to local governments for a reason--not all regulations work in all situations. Just do the right thing, help our local businesses, those they employ, and ensure the SAFETY of our beloved citizens. In Loving Memory of Kevin Shaw <3

It is an absolute outrage that this has been in discussion for at least four years, and for all that time the town of Acton has failed to work in good faith to address a safety issue in support of a local business, and has repeatedly passed the buck. For four years concerns about safety of community members and patrons needing to use this crossing, have been known and brought to the attention of the town officials. As the result of the town's failure to take these concerns seriously, despite many documented accidents, the Shaw family lost their beloved father and partner, and many of us lost a friend. An unimaginable tragedy that could have been avoided.
I sign this petition in loving memory of Kevin Shaw.

The space is there, it is idiotic that the town is standing in the way of allowing onsite parking when it would improve the situation for everyone.

Kevin Shaw is a friend of mine. He died crossing the street with no crosswalk. Please seriously consider adding one to prevent future horrific accidents.
