This is infuriating, that this hasn't been fixed already. Please make this safer for everyone.

The safety of patrons and town residents is essential, and safe, close parking is needed to ensure that. Thank you.

In loving memory of Kevin Shaw, please heed the public outcry to expand patron parking capacity for Rapscallion so that this tragedy will never recur!

I'm reaching out today to ask for your support to improve the safety on Great Road/2A in Acton. On Thursday October 13th my friend Kevin Shaw was struck and killed while crossing Great Road in the crosswalk near Gould's plaza/Rapscallion. The town of Acton has already started the work towards adding a push-button red light signal here. Unfortunately this work came too late for my friend. Please do everything in your power to ensure that this work is completed as soon as possible so that no other family will experience the tragedy that the Shaw family is going through right now.

Please please please make this happen. my friend Kevin was killed crossing the road after parking to go to dinner at Rapscallion. He was using the crosswalk at the time. If there had been ample parking at Rapscallion he would not have needed to park across the street.

Let's not lose one of the handful of establishments in the area that provides some good food and drink. Give them the parking.

This is a long standing community establishment and based on the town’s inaction, a tragic accident occurred this past week when a patron was crossing from Gould’s plaza to this restaurant. Enough is enough.

Make this the Kevin Shaw parking lot. His daughters, age 12 and 10, and wife, will never get to see him again because of this dangerous intersection.

It is negligence on the part of the Town to senselessly endanger the lives of people frequenting one of its beloved local business — and why? Outdated bylaws that no longer represent todays reality and don’t serve to protect the community? I urge the Town of Acton to reconsider and expand Parking capacity immediately
Please prioritize this safety request!
