We need this business to stay in town. We need to be more flexible to allow our businesses the ability to succeed. Especially given the challenging times.

This is a wonderful place and needs to be part of Acton

Rapscallion is the best dining option and gathering place we have in Acton. It would be a shame for a business to close down because the town won't enable it to succeed.

The town of Acton should take this opportunity to support this most favorite restaurant. I'm confident if the Acton government can open their minds a solution can be made!

Hope the town officials come to their senses. What a ridiculous law to be enforcing

As a former member of the EDC, I can say that this lack of momentum to accommodate a small business that is doing everything it can to be a valuable part of the community is a travesty. Rapscallion is exactly the type of business we should all want in Acton.

We love Rapscallion and it adds so much to the community and surrounding towns! Please allow them to do what they need to continue providing such a great experience to our families.

I live close by to Rapscallions. I find it incomprehensible that the town will mot work with a local business that is a good neighbor.

Ran Makaha out after years and years of screwing with them. Apparently you are next.

We love Rapscallion! I might even go so far as to say we moved to Acton because of this favorite establishment of ours.

It will be a huge loss to Acton and a shame to lose this family business that is loved by so many and has served as a meeting place for many of us.

Keep this wonderful business alive. Shame on the town for restricting this. Are we soon to discourage all commercial business next.

One of the best restaurants in the area. Stayed open with outdoor dining during Covid. Parking is a hazardous experience.
