Please give Rapscallion a variance-their additional parking is well-thought out and affects none of their neighbors adversely. Asking employees or patrons to cross Rt. 2A is needlessly dangerous. Support this small business and keep it in Acton!

This is a wonderful restaurant with very hands on, fair , hardworking owners. This is a destination for me and my family. Honestly, after Covid and now with the atrocious economy the fact the Town of Acton won’t work with businesses to help them is pretty disgraceful. Who are you serving with such draconian zoning laws. Certainly not the towns businesses or citizens. It’s literally on their property. C’mon people , do better.

Raps is my favorite place in town! You all did so much for so many (especially kids) through the pandemic and I hope a resolution is found soon.

This is a wonderful restaurant and a staple on the main road. The parking situation should be allowed. Parking should be allowed to allow any restaurant to continue to stay in business during these tough times!

Hoping this does the trick. It would be a terrible loss to our town if you left.

When my wife and I decided to settle in Acton, we would go to Rapscallion after house showings to debrief. Part of the good vibes we got from this town was our positive experiences at the restaurant. We envisioned this place being a central part of our experience in this community. It would be a shame to see this place leave our community over something that seems very fixable.

We value this quality restaurant in our town and would like to see them stay in business. In a progressive town like Acton I can’t believe there’s a quibble about parking cars on their own property. Let’s work together to find a suitable solution and keep Rapscallion in our community!!
