There is no reason that the town can't grant a variance and then work on changing the bylaw. Do not allow another business to leave Acton because of poor town management,

My family loves this restaurant and have spend much time here. The parking in the back is not nearly large enough. Please allow them to park on their own property so that we can keep this family friendly restaurant open.

We need to keep this business! We have some pretty outdated bylaws that need to be updated. Thank you

Were those “no parking” signs along the road there 50 years ago, or added because of customers parking on the road? If the town reduced the public parking available, they should let you use parking on your property.

This is ridiculous that the town won’t give you a variance. How many more empty shops and restaurants do we need here in town?

As an Acton resident, I completely agree with the co-owners of Rapscallion. Please grant this variance to a business that remained open to serve meals through the pandemic and has a strong philanthropic presence in our community.
