Please allow them to use the property for parking. We can't let another great establishment go away.

Please allow this business to stay in Acton. They have contributed to the community in many ways. They deserve to have this parking issue resolved in their favor.

Seems like a reasonable request. Would hate to loose a great restaurant due to an uncooperative town bylaw.

“Town” should work to make Acton a good place for families to live and for good businesses to thrive. We love Rapscallion, it provides a enjoyable place like in Cambridge or Boston, but fits perfectly in our suburban town with its historical house and relaxed and friendly atomosphere.

I’m all for supporting small businesses! Our preschool had the same situation and needed to go to the boarding zone of appeals since we were in a residential zone. Old bylaws originally prevented us from moving forward. We need to change with the times, as Acton has expanded over the years!

This is bylaw is a load of nonsense. There is literally zero issue with cars parking on Rapscallion property. Would the Acton NIMBY club prefer cars park alongside the neighboring residential streets? Because that’s what will happen.

Seems like a no brainer… no parking no business no revenue no taxes… simple math… should not allow a thriving business to fail.

Please let Rapscallion park additional cars on their property so they can stay in business

Seems like a reasonable ask. Is the concern the visuals of cars parked in a parking lot along 2A? It’s not an unusual site or something to be protected: there are plenty of car dealers, strip malls along the road and that’s not likely to change. Let’s support our businesses.

We love this restaurant and do not understand why more parking on their own land is an issue. Please allow them to run a local business and give jobs to local families.
