Disgusted by Town of Acton’s disregard for their community. Rapscallion provides amazing and consistent service to not only Acton but all the surrounding towns. Please acknowledge and address this issue as restaurants have been put through hell and back these past few years and they need support, not hindrance.

We love to dine at small, local businesses and during the pandemic tried to order weekly from a different restaurant (usually twice/wk). It is lovely to see the outdoor family space Rapscallions has created. We bring out of town guests here often. Please allow the restaurant to use their property for parking as they see fit. We do not want to lose this piece of history in Acton.

Rte 2A is a commercial corridor lined with paved parking lots. I hope the town can find a way to grant Rapscallions a variance so Acton doesn't lose a vibrant local business.

Small businesses struggle on all fronts - even a temporary solution would give some flexibility and time to work on a more permanent fix
