After the death of one of their patrons, it is clear that is is a danger to continue to not allow them to provide sufficient parking for their restaurant. Please act immediately on this matter before someone else suffers a tragedy.

We used to live off Great Rd on Davis Rd and the crossing or lack there of along Great Road is concerning and dangerous.

It would be very helpful to park in the auxiliary on site lot as sometimes I have to park at Goulds and with a bad knee have a tough time getting across the street quickly thank you

This, in my humble opinion, is not only an Acton Town issue but a Massachusetts State issue. Shame to those who refuse to consider the safety of their voting constituents as well as the visitors that bring revenue into this fair town and state.
There are many who cross that area of State Highway who live there and not just for the use of Rapscallion. People walk and shop at Donelan's and the shops within that plaza. Consideration for ALL.

The Town of Acton and Commonwealth of Massachusetts should be ashamed that an individual was struck and killed attempting to cross Great Road (aka Rte 2A/110) after parking in the overflow lot in Goulds Plaza. If Acton is not going to allow the owners to use their own property for additional parking, then at minimum, it should insist on the immediate installation of a safer pedestrian crosswalk with push-button signaling and flashing lights. Crossing a busy state highway - especially at night is very dangerous. Time for the politicians to step up!

I am an Acton resident for 30 years, and I am embarassed that my town has chosen to hide behind antiquated laws rather than protect safety of human beings. The auxiliary lot provides safe access and hurts no one. Wake up!!
