This should be an open & shut case. Aside from the viability of the restaurant, the town is obligated to keep safety in mind.

We also witnessed a close call someone crossing pedestrian walk to DONELIANs side last month from opposite side.. it’s pitch dark near the pedestrian walk.. please provide extra parking for Rapscallion

This town’s unwillingness to work with a business that brings people to its ton resulted in a senseless death. Shame! Get this town and be more mindful on the future.
