Recently, RANDOM HOUSE has drastically increased the price of ebooks for sale
to libraries, sharply limiting the number of ebooks SSPL can purchase for our borrowers' enjoyment. Therefore, SSPL will stop buying ebooks published by Random
House until they lower their prices for ebooks.
We, the undersigned, ask Random House to lower their pricing for ebooks for sale libraries to a level consistent with those they sell to individuals.

Total greed from a big publisher. support your local library and stop this nonsense.
my kids love the library audiobooks. dont take that away with these crazy prices.
Libraries exist so everyone can read not just rich people. stop overcharging them.
ebooks are already expensive enough. why make it harder for the library to buy copies for us?
THIS IS ABSURD! They are trying to bleed the library dry. Enough is enough.
