Let’s find a way to celebrate the class of 2020 with an outdoor ceremony. Utilize any possible open field or space and accommodate smaller ceremonies , Freedom Park has 6 fields , let them enjoy one last day together. They’ve lost so much already!!

Let’s these kids have a graduation by social distancing. They deserve it.

As an educator in another district, I have already volunteered my time to assist with planning and implementing 8th grade and senior graduation. All graduating students deserve this momentous occasion.

I’d be happy to assist in any way I can. I’d even offer some financial support as best I can. Give the Class of 2020 the memories they’ve earned.

These kids deserve to walk and receive their diplomas. The school year has already been a bust. No senior spring athletes got to compete due to Covid. No prom due to Covid. They weren't possible with the hand we were dealt. Graduation on the other hand is possible. We have seen many people go above and beyond during the lock down. I don't think anyone would expect all the pomp and circumstance of a traditional graduation ceremony but the kids and their families deserve one last hurrah! They are a great group.
