This point has so much historical and family meaning to me and my family. Please make it a no boating zone!

I have been so disheartened this summer by the many boats "sharing" their loud music with residents and visitors who only want to enjoy the peace and beauty of the lake. Their "right" to having a good time does not extend to ruining it for everyone else!

The health, safety and welfare of the property owners and the lake is at risk here.

Enforcement o riparian rights is not something that counties do. Although the definition of riparian; rights is clear the actual applications of these rights usually come from court actions. It seems that he owners at the north arm narrows have bee; able to control the amount of boaters on the narrows sand bars. Maybe the people who are concerned about this situation could get together a;d with the permission of the owners of Flag/Randall Pointe set out some buoys marked private.

I was having dinner on the point a couple of weeks ago and boats were parked so close they could see in the bedroom window. It’s time people have consideration for the owners and renters. No property owners would want to have masses of boats parked in front of their house with loud music and the intrusion of privacy.

This makes for a trashy lake experience! Make Randall Point a NO Boat Zone!

My family is in total agreement with this petition ! The behavior and total respect for the lake , property owners on Randell’s Point and the surrounding areas is outrageous !

As previously stated: no real property owner/renter would put up with a gathering of noisy, rude, and boozy motorists parked in front of their residence, so why should boaters be allowed to get away with equivalent unacceptable, anti-social behavior on Walloon Lake?

It has become intolerable for those of us who live on the Point. We have spent years telling people there were public restrooms at the Foot, so they don’t come onto our properties to urinate and defecate. We live seven houses from the flag at the end of the Point, and can hear every word of the music that they play loudly on their boats. Please do something about this, so that we can enjoy the peacefulness that we once had here on Walloon Lake.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place, completely transformed and ruined in every way (noise, trash, pollution, disrespect for homeowners) by boat cluster parties. Really sad to see on an otherwise peaceful lake. Please make it stop!

Have Tommy’s please educate rental boaters and others. Anyone not only renters but also lake residents who trespass on Randalls and other narrows/ private property will be fined and Tommy! And other boat rental owners Why do water police not ticket boaters who trespass?!

The Point is private property and the owner’s rights are being violated! This has to stop! Perhaps one thing to do is to record the boat license and place a large fine on the owner or maybe suspend it’s use of the lake! Many of the offenders are in boats rented for the day and haven’t a clue what they may or may not do! The boat owners should be held responsible! Only

4th was out of control - especially during COVID. Saw a boat with 30 people on it, wasted, no police in sight.

The numbers keep growing with no end in sight. Imagine 65 cars of partying visitors in front of your house everyday. It wouldn't be tolerated on land, why on water?

Its sad to think our marine law enforcement refuses to enforce the law.

Stop this travesty now. What has been allowed is shameful. This kind of behavior, if it continues to be allowed, will diminish property values. It is an outright disregard for nature and residents and an attack on the heart & soul of WL.
