Absolutely needs to be checked. We used to call the owners to ask if we might swim on their property !!!!!

About time,...you can thank the Borrishs, for this the boat rental and dock rental is way too large for this lake..

I am the great grandson of W.D. Randall and have been going to Air Castle/Randall Point every summer since I was 5yrs old and seeing al these people anchored on our point is very disrespectful as it is our family's property and an invasion of privacy. I would feel great if the sheriff would do something to resolve this situation

Enough is enough. Time for the Emment & Charlevoix Sheriffs to do their jobs and move these boaters off the point.

This is a one-time nuisance that's grown into genuine security and environmental problem.

I understand that disruption is not ideal for the residents on the point. However, do you know how hard it is to tread water and drink beer at the same time? If the sand bar gets taken away people will drown from trying to drink and tread water at the same time. The sand bar is essential for safe drinking. What is a bigger issue, people drowning from not being able to stand in the water while drinking or people going number two in a fellow wallooners toilet? Can you imagine how many floating feces there will be if the sand bar is taken away as well? The sand bar is essential for safe drinking habits.

As Americans we must boldly get beyond relieving ourselves on Randall Point.

It is a sad situation and the common thread is disrespect for the Lake and property owners.

Safety as well as congestion are 2 reasons I agree with this petition.

After 60 years of summers with parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, this is the first time I have been ashamed of Walloon Lake. Can’t you govern the miss use of your shore line?
