Not interested in another cookie cutter shopping center. Really! I value the cinemas that you seem intent on dumping. Don't want to see another Panda Express or Outlet Mall or anything along those lines.

Please notify of any community input to Rancho Del Mar. The theater is a major loss to the community

We loved the Aptos Twin and felt so lucky to have it in our neighborhood .To say that we were shocked and saddened by its closure would be an understatement .

Dear Mr. Walton,
The Rancho del Mar Shopping Center seems to be a pawn that developers can use as they see fit without any regard for those of us who live here. If you want to curry favor with your constituents here, you need to communicate WITH us so that we can hear what you have to say and so that YOU can hear what WE have to say.
WE'RE the patrons of the shopping center. WE'RE your customers. WE also can quickly decide to shop elsewhere.
If our community rallies for or against something, believe me, we will make a difference.
Thank you!

This community loved having the Aptos Twin Theaters here. They've been here for decades, an important part of our area for many reasons.
So very disappointed that they are gone.
This leaves a very bad impression of your company.

My family was very upset to lose our neighborhood theater. Aptos Twin was part of pur community since the 1970s. Very sad to see it gone overnight with no input from our community.

Please preserve the integrity of Aptos by returning our Aptos Twin Cinema and clearly communicating your intentions for our shopping center.

This was a mistake and the wrong message to send to our community.

This theater was a fabulous place for family movies. I loved having the convenience of not having to drive far to see a movie in comfort. Please bring it back!

Closing the theater is a travesty to the community, whether the corp that owns it cares or not.

We have owned our house here for over 11 years. It's very upsetting that the community was never warned about this.

We want our theater back - we were totally blindsided by this closure.

As a long time resident of Aptos I would very unhappy to see our beloved Aptos twin disappear. I like the small town theater to keep going for years to come and generations ahead.

Dear Mr. Walton,
It would be in the best interest of your organization to invest some time with input from the community before redevelopment begins.
Everyone can benefit by productive discussions and input for a new center that hopefully, will be inviting to the community and visitors alike.
Best Regards,
Liz Karzag
