Please be open to hearing from the community about your plans. We have a big stake in what's developed in our area.

This long standing business is an asset to the community of Aptos and closing the doors in the way you did will only breed resentment from this tightly knit community who will boycott any national chains taking its place. Please reconsider your decision to not renew the lease.

The Aptos Twin is a BIG loss to our SMALL community

I understand developing for the "future" but let's not lose sight of the things that make a village community pleasing like maintaining it's small town character. The Aptos Twin was such a nice little place to go out to, see a movie, get dinner and meet friends from the neighborhood.

Please get this theatre re-instated and back up and running, we miss it!

We were saddened to hear of the closing of the neighborhood cinema. Both my husband and I are employed by businesses in Rancho Del Mar. We are hopeful that under Terramar's ownership the center and it's local businesses will thrive and continue to serve the needs of the community and it's visitors.

This theatre was a family destination and draw to your shopping center patronizing the adjacent restaurants. Sharing your strategic plan to keep (restore?) this center's relevancy is recommended.

The Aptos Twin was a local landmark for decades. Ignoring community sentiment will only result in negative results for all involved.

Why when the shopping center is one-quarter empty would you not renew the lease with the movie theater?? The movie theater brought others to the center for dinner etc. It seems like a very short-sighted decision unless it is part of an expansion that isn't being shared with the public.

Request that you retain the movie complex as it is integral to the Aptos community and a valued asset. Thank you.
