Please be thoughtful about the impact your business decisions have on the community in which your properties exist, and consider your neighbors input in the decisions about managing and developing your property.

I am so surprised and sad by this. The Aptos Twin is such a safe, easy place to enjoy a movie. I would very much like to see public meetings on this topic.

Closing thaw Aptos Movie theater is a huge loss for the community. Very sad to have lost this place to see a movie & grab a bite to eat.

We are a very strong community who supports are local businesses. We are saddened by the swift closure of our local theatre. We hope new entrepreneurs will recognize they need our support to thrive.

I was completely gutted by the cinema closure. We loved our local movie house and it was very well attended. I have emailed before and Terramar have ignored me. There will be ZERO support for this redevelopment if you don't include the community.

We hope Zach Friend is not behind this. We need to make sure he hears from us.

Bruce,
I own a few properties. They treat me well lease-wise. There's making money, then there's disregarding a community's wants, needs, traditions and desires. Please - consult with our town's residents before, as an outsider, you upend the status quo.

Our young grandson just saw his first movie at this theater with his dad. We were looking forward to years of taking him here.

Please consider the wishes of the public who will be future patrons in your plans by holding community meetings. Reconsider restoring a cinema to the center as well!

I began my working career at Rancho del mar shopping center in 1972.i grew up going to the center before the original expansion. I went to Aptos Twin when it opened, it was a part of my teen age years. I worked for Kindair Corp who owned the Twin. It is a great part of Aptos, Rancho del Mar shopping Center, past, present and we hope, the future. Help and re-open the Aptos Twin

Aptos/Seacliff is our community, and it is unacceptable that decisions concerning the future of our community are made without our input!

Very disappointed to see our local theatre go the way of so many of the other businesses in Rancho del Mar. I shudder to think of what other plans you have for our unique community.

Very sad that the theatres closed. The shopping center has so many empty buildings. Why did you add to this?
