I agree, please consider the community before your personal gains. Weber li at countless businesses in aptos, and in the Rancho del mar center specifically.
Aptos burger...windjammer, now the twin.

Bring back the theater!!!! I've loved having them there. That's the biggest draw of the entire shopping center.

When the Nick was sold to Landmark, we were assured nothing would change, ha ha. That may be part of this shady shutdown. nk

I was really upset to see the Aptos Twin close and so abruptly. Surely, a compromise of some sort could have been reached. My understanding is they had just upgraded the theater with about 250,000 in improvements. What a waste of money for Landmark and what a loss of rental income for Terramar. I was hoping another theater would come in until I read they were removing the seats and fixtures. Now, there's just another vacant business at Rancho Del Mar. Clearly, not the best way to run a business..........

What is the plan for Rancho Del Mar? Will you share this with the community? This center is a part of our lives and we are concerned when we see the actions taken with Aptos Cinema and the number of businesses who have left.

What a great loss to the community, we often walked from our home to the Twin Theater. Please listen to the people who shop at the center before you make some more bad decisions.
