We need a good, well designed, beginner friendly CONCRETE skatepark in the Ranches! The city is sponsoring a grant matching program to improve city land and parks. We would love to see a good skatepark in the Ranches making it accessible for kids who can't make it out to the city center skatepark because they don't have transportation other than their feet and their board. A well designed, beginner friendly park with features for all levels of skaters, scooters, and BMX bikes would provide an outlet for kids of all ages. If you are at all interested in seeing a skatepark built and are willing to help us get it built (through volunteering time, donations of money or supplies, rallying support, input into the design, location, flow of the park etc.) please sign this petition.
