they just announced the change so now the imahot will be included in the amidah at all ramah camps. i am honestly blown away that we actually did this together. thanks for sticking with me while we pushed for this.

Final supporters
We, the Ramah community, demand that the National Ramah Camping Movement institute a policy of holistic inclusion of the Imahot in the Amidah throughout all age levels and at all Ramah camps.
There is currently unsettling disunity among the different Ramah camps regarding the policy of including the Imahot in the daily Amidah. As former campers and current counselors and alumni, we know the incredible power Ramah has to define and push forward the Conservative movement. We feel that the addition of the Imahot would make a significant impact in fulfilling Ramah’s values of egalitarianism and inclusion. Ramah should move towards celebrating women’s leadership and voices in our tradition through this powerful and implementable change. Join us in urging Rabbi Mitch Cohen and the Ramah Camping Movement to fulfill its mission of halakhic egalitarianism by signing your name below. The only time i’ve been able to honor the women of the Torah during tfillot was in the two second-long break between elohai yaacov and hael hagadol. Trying to cram in the names of the imahot is not my definition of woman empowerment. This change needs to happen!!
It’s not like this puts Ramah ahead of the curve. It’s more like catching up to it!
I recently hosted my wedding at a Ramah camp. We included the imahot in our davening for adults. Why should it be different when camp is in session and we can set an example for our kids.
Looking forward to seeing Ramah make changes to be consistent with their values
This is an amazing opportunity to encourage equality in the Jewish community. I am honored to participate!!

its honestly about time. my kids learn about egalitarianism all year at school and then get confused why camp is different during davening. lets fix this already.
