Yes the lions do need to be raised up so everyone can enjoy their beauty, could a lottery grant be on offer ?

In the name of Her Majesty "Queen Elizabeth" it should be done.

Modern efficiency should not cover traditional craftsmanship

Brilliant petition ...These beautiful historic sculptures have been hidden away for far too long..I rarely travel by rail but always keep an eye out for the lions, as I use to when a young boy in the1960s...

Let's do something that will make the people of Anglesey proud.

I would like to see these lions constructed at the entrance to the bridge. They are a lost work of Art that few people see or even know about. To carry on ignoring them is in itself a crime and unfair to the past people who helped construct them....

What was the reason for these Lions to be hidden, did British rail have a tantrum?

I think this is a fantastic idea

I understood there are plinths already on the bridge, for these lions - two at each side. These are bedecked with lights that could easily be moved.

I'm all for this, however, a substantial amount of investment would be required. A specific area next to the bridge for them, widened roads, car park and any other facility to cope with the amount of vehicles stopping to enjoy them. Let's make it happen!

It was only when we moved to Anglesey from Llanfairfechan that we became aware of the Lions, they're wasted where they are currently.
