older black people and minorities we are used to this type of treatment,we have seen this before its nothing new, but a 9 yr old boy, in 2014 should not have to endure the bitter sting of racism.

Sad, but not surprising at all! I was arrested last september for being gay! The cops came and raided my house without a warrant because they thought I had drugs. They couldnt find anything, and the cop was saying he was going to take us Faggots to jail for one reason or another. So, he found an Ibuprofen and arrested me and my boyfriend for having illegal prescription. The next day when we seen the magistrate, he wouldnt even let us have a lawyer cause it was illegal for the cop to arrest us in the first place. This shouldnt come as a shock to anyone though, because we live in Logan WV. So the cops are all going to continue to be dirty and we will never get justice

I think it's horrible that we still have to put up with grown men not protecting our youth, it should not matter what color your skin is. Do any of us have that choice when were born, I think not.
