RA Should Reinstate Jess's Work and Issue a Public Apology

Censorship has no place in an artistic institution.

Sounds like a knee-jerk, fear based reaction from the RA. Hopefully somebody will look at this in more detail and realise the allegations are baseless. The clock is ticking though, they can’t leave it hanging much longer.

I don’t understand why my comment (drawing a comparison between the works of Tracey Emin, currently on show at The RA and Jess’s words ) has been removed, yet the abusive comment made by AJ Adair is allowed to remain. Perhaps I too should have made my comment misogynistic instead of wondering why the RA couldn’t differentiate between one female artist demonstrating the physiology of a woman’s body in paint and another female artist expressing the physiology of a woman’s body in words.
