In any form of management you should always approach any decision making with a holistic view of the whole of the Cummings and it's long term future in mind. Does suing better the community now, tomorrow or years down the road? Does it improve the function of the council? What does it achieve, if anything at all?!How much resources does this course of action require and how much resources will it produce? So, without thinking on this issue in an ethical or personal way, but just simply pragmatic, it does nothing but damage!

This borough has turned into a laughing stock. I can't believe this kind of behavior is continually aloud to take place. The $ used to keep the borough running is constantly wasted on things that don't belong. These are the people deciding the fate of our community. Jennings puts meters in front of tax paying home owners, then charges people to park. NOW recuses himself from voting on parking. We have borough police officers that are a complete waste of $. They should have been fired a long time ago. And if the chief of police can bot figure a way of doing so, then he should be relieved of his job also. Any council members that can not come up with solutions, instead of costing more money, stay home. We have other council members obtaining contracts within the borough. This should NOT be acceptable if it is put to a coucil vote, or decision. Great idea.... ALL of you stay home. Let's start over with a completely different council. People that care about the community, and not lining their own pockets. Sad bunch of ADULTS

OMG. THIS IS SERIOUSLY SO CORRUPT. Vote fixing and possible illegal othe activities going on. Honesdale Borough desperately needs a cleansing. This people are gonna sink this town for their own power needs if we dont stand up!

While not a Honesdale resident I can look at the facts a little more dispassionately. It is indeed a great disservice to Honesdale by the plaintiffs to sue for a cause against a candidate who won fairly because they are not happy with the outcome. Small town pettiness at its apex. Appears like Old power having difficulty adapting to the present and future.
