Fluoroquinolones can destroy your life. It has happened to me after taking ciprofloxacin. Unfortunately, it still happens to someone every day. When will this stop!!

one of each Avelox and flagyl made me got to ER... with 22 blood preasure a bomb went out inside me and 2 and a half years later I still have the SUDDEN BACK ACHE AND LEG HEAVY ACHEY FEELING . I HATE THE DOC WHO GAVE THIS TO ME THE IGNORANT ANIMAL

Fluoroquinolone antibiotics are not worth the risk unless you are on your death bed. Cipro has changed my life forever and should've never been subscribed for simple bacteria infection. There are thousands of people having same and worse experience, ending their lives as they were no longer able to deal with the debilitating impact these antibiotics have left them with.

I was prescribed Levaquin/Levofloxacin and after 9 pills my arms went numb then my left leg and slowly I lost my ability to walk unassisted and experienced crushing fatigue. One and a half years later I am still struggling to recover from tendon, nerve, and cellular damage. My excellent doctors were unaware of the life changing side effects from Fluoroquinolones. They are now struggling because there is no medical help they can offer. Both doctors and patients need to be protected from the overuse of this family of antibiotics.

My stepfather DIED from Cipro use.

This drug destroyed my life. I was a healthy 29yo man very athletic. Worked out 5 days a week, it all changed when i took 7 pills of cipro over the period of a week. It left me with permanent tendons & legs pain I can barely go to the bathroom now.

I am a victim who could have been spared suffering had this drug been shut down or i had been warned of the horrible consequences of its use. Take it off the market now unless informed consent for life and death situation only
