I am a victim who could have been spared suffering had this drug been shut down or i had been warned of the horrible consequences of its use. Take it off the market now unless informed consent for life and death situation only

I was given Levaquin and it has destroyed my physical abilities, my mental state has deteriorated into depression and Im financial sinking because I cant work. My vision was effected and my personnel life has imploded since the effects of taking the Levaquin have dominated EVERYTHING
