This Petition is an official form of protest to the Tulsa Public School Board (TPS) requesting the immediate termination of TPS Athletic Director, Gil Cloud. Athletic Director, Gil Cloud questionable and corrupt comments on May 21, 2017 social media exposure (“Face Book”), about the jury verdict concerning the shooting death of Mr. Terrance Crutcher by Tulsa Police Officer, Betty Shelby. In addition; this petition is an official form of protest to the Tulsa Public School Board (TPS) requesting immediate disciplinary action against TPS Chief Errick Greene (Chief of Schools), Bill Naftzger (Director of Support Talent) for their failure to take accountability measures in Tulsa Public Schools that affect "culture, structure, projects and daily operations” of TPS Athletic Director, Gil Cloud comments.

TPS Athletic Director, Gil Cloud racial remarks paralyze and cripples positive relationships with Tulsa Pubic Schools black African American Coaches, Mentors, and Athlete’s educational programs; and contributes to a growing local social inequality. His personal and negative communication is the weapon of choice used with his advocacy and public-education should not be the order to change. Gil Cloud suffers from tunnel vision, judging public act by how it affects his particular interest and the overall impact of his cause might bring more harm to our community and society.

TPS Athletic Director, Gil Cloud provides public goods and services that influence the development of 80% of the City of Tulsa Pubic Schools black African American Athletics. Gil Cloud influence and affairs are differently, in the sense of accountability measures in Tulsa Pubic Schools that affect "culture, structure, projects and daily operations”. Advocacy and public education affect community affairs in its ability to modify behavior with ideas. Gil Cloud personal and negative communication is the weapon of choice used with his advocacy and public-education should not be the order to change.

August 22, 2017

The petition reached a meaningful milestone in support this morning. I am now coordinating with local reporters to ensure our demands reach the board members during the upcoming agenda review. My focus shifts to finalizing the formal complaint package for the school district administrators.

Ridiculously racist comments and actions. Definitely not representative of our community, nor should it be representative of our society.
