We in the Rockaways need the Queens Rail to help reduce our commute time to Manhattan. We also do not have a connection between Northern Queens and Southern Queens without going through a lot of subway changes.

Revitalization of transportation in Queens is a key point in ensuring the long term success of NY and ALL of it's boroughs/communities. One one hand you have a park that would benefit one group while the rail line would benefit the same group plus many more.

Whats the point of having a railway thats not used. And it looks so ugly all rusty and full of graffiti. Might as well put it to good use and there will be less drivers on the streets. Less drivers equals less accidents and a cleaner environment.
