The reactivation of this line would provide a much needed transportation option to an area of New York City that is lacking the appropriate amount of them.
Population continues to increase in Southern Queens, due to over development and the infrastructure is not there to support it.

"A rail good idea for Queens", restoration of rail service to the old Rockaway Beach Branch of the LIRR (Sub Station 3 site). Why should there even be a question about this, when service IS so badly NEEDED? Hopefully and Prayerfully it WILL be up and running by *2019*.

My commute into midtown is 1.5-2 hours each way, each day. This restored service would dramatically improve quality of life for all Rockaway residents working in Manhattan.

Please activate direct route through queens. Buses are in too much traffic Woodhaven and. crossbay. Takes over 1hr when schools starts. Ozone Park

Taking away lane after lane of roads and giving it to buses , bicycles and pedestrian plazas with out finding alternate sources of transportation has hurt queens , a trip to Manhattan is doubled. We need infrastructure improvements that include a true north south rail for Queens.

Queens Desperately needs to Re-activate the QueensRail. It's already in place, stations are still there. Unlike the unneeded High Line Park, this RAILWAY IS NEEDED !
