This petition is to support New York State Bills A01718/S01255 or its successor bills, which would make monk (Quaker) parakeets protected in New York State. This petition as supports New York State Bills A01767/S01253 or its successor bills, which relates to the sale of birds by pet dealers when such birds have not yet been fully weaned.
